We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our rapidly growing Connectors product team! Our product managers oversee the functionality and design of our flexible, scalable, and easy-to-use data cloud. We need someone with a breadth of skills and experience that will make our product loved by customers - someone who can develop a deep understanding of the Snowflake product, empathy for customers, and a clear vision of how the product should evolve.
Connectors are core to Snowflake's mission of helping customers break down data silos for their AI and intelligent applications. Snowflake's native Connectors are radically simplifying the ways our customers can ingest data from applications, databases, and streaming systems at scale and break down data silos. Snowflake's Native Connectors SDK is a critical foundation for this strategy. In this strategic Product Manager role, you will lead Snowflake's Connectors SDK product area, enabling developers to build Snowflake Native connectors and integrations. The role entails defining the roadmap for Snowflake's Connectors SDK product area, working cross-functionally with teams across the company to ensure the success of Snowflake partners and our customers. You will also lead the product and data integration strategy and design with senior product and engineering leaders from our most critical technology and applications partners and align on joint technology and business integration roadmaps.
As a Senior Product Manager at Snowflake, you will:
Reimagine how our customers and partners can integrate Snowflake Data Cloud with their applications and data infrastructures (E.g., SaaS applications, Databases, Streaming Data Pipelines).
Define and evolve the vision, roadmap, and definition of success for one or more critical areas of the Snowflake product, specifically for Snowflake's Connectors SDK and third-party native Connectors ecosystem strategy.
Own the strategic integration design and strategy with industry leading data and application providers
Enable third-party developers and Snowflake partner ecosystems to develop native connectors and integrations with the Snowflake Data Cloud.
Work in a cross-functional and collaborative role spanning product, design, engineering, business-development, partnership, documentation, QA, marketing, sales, support, and our partners.
Collaborate with the Snowflake executive leadership team, as well as the Product Management and Engineering organizations, to help drive buy-in and agreement on the vision and product strategy.
Partner with other Snowflake Product Managers on cross-company strategic product initiatives.
Lead customer preview programs and engage in frequent conversations with customers and partners to understand their data needs, listen to their feedback, and determine the product's usability, which will influence the product roadmap and feature design.
Own the end-to-end product life cycle, from customer scenarios, product requirements, priorities, and customer reviews to product/feature evangelism.
Manage a robust customer community for your feature areas.
Leverage data to help find the best solution to our complex problems.
Our ideal Product Manager will have:
Proven expertise in understanding developers' voices and partnering across engineering, marketing, business development and sales to deliver compelling products that meet customers' needs.
Proven track record of engaging with senior product leaders and general management functions to deliver strategic product and services
Prior experience in executing a vision from start to finish in the past, with an ability to take a one-word, or one-sentence, product vision and expound on it to drive a product roadmap.
Demonstrated track record of shipping successful developer SDKs, data management, and data integration product offerings in the cloud.
Deep understanding of data integration, data warehousing, and data lake concepts.
Ability to thrive in the dynamic environment that comes with being part of a hyper-growth company. That means flexibility and willingness to jump in and do whatever it takes to be successful.
