Salary Pay Range: $125,000.00/yr. - $130,000.00/yr.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
Perform buying and customer service duties for incoming orders and inquiries.
Act as a technical resource to address and resolve inquiries and problems when required.
Supports the outside sales organization and OEM partners with quotes, vendor management, and customer expectations for total satisfaction and ownership of clients.
Responsible for order taking, processing,investigation,and resolution of order issues.
Coordination of customer service objectives with distribution operations.
Provide customer and sales correspondence, the tracing and expediting of shipments, and inventory management.
Complete special price quotations and bids from sales personnel. Work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Some evening and weekend support may be required in critical situations.
Qualifications and Competencies:
Prefer 2+ years of technical sales or customer service, buyer, or similarexperience
Prefer experience in the electrical/mechanicalindustry
Sharp analytical thinking and reasoning abilities
Ability to analyze and interpret data and take appropriateaction
Must be extremely detail-oriented with sound problem-solvingskills
Ability to prioritize and maintain high degree oforganization
Excellent time management
Ability to communicate technical data in a clear and concisemanner
Poses excellent written and verbal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
SCMP designation a plus
