We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to manage CarlisleIT's flagship OEM account and its downstream ecosystem supply chain partners.
This role demands an energetic and agile sales professional with an exceptional ability to navigate through complex customer organizations, while building and maintaining critical relationships along the way. Your ability to collaborate at all levels within both the Customer's and CarlisleIT's organization will be a key success factor in this role. We are looking for a forward thinker who demonstrates exceptional attention to detail while remaining highly focused on executing to the account strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Developing and implementing the account strategy, guiding an indirect support team consisting of Carlisle IT senior managers, product managers, engineers, inside sales and other colleagues.
* Ensuring that Carlisle IT is professionally represented within the Strategic Account, establishing trust-based relationships at all levels the organization, from functional to executive.
* Effectively representing and promoting CarlisleIT's product lines and capabilities through engagements with technical and commercial buying influencers.
* Growing the opportunity funnel for CarlisleIT with the account and developing actions to successfully close those opportunities resulting in new business.
* Establishing a shared, long-term product development roadmap within the Key Account.
* Leading initiatives to drive creative solutions for ease-of-business challenges impacting the account.
* Delivering vital market intelligence and presents Strategic Account business updates to internal executive audiences.
SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Strategic Account Manager will manage one Quality and Logistics Representative located onsite at a customer location.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of five years' experience in either Sales, Business Development or Key Account management within the Aerospace Industry.
SALARY INFORMATION
In compliance with multiple state's wage transparency laws, the annual salary for this position will be $125,000 - $150,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Carlisle Interconnect Technology reviews factors such as but not limited to responsibilities of the position, scope of work, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal pay equity, as well as market considerations when extending an offer.
