The Opportunity with McKinstry
We are currently seeking a Fleet Manager to join our team as a member of our growing Logistics division. In this role, you will manage the day to day requirements of the corporate fleet to ensure regulatory compliance, driver support, program and vendor support in the most cost-efficient manner possible. Additional responsibilities include:
Manage Fleet Maintenance program
Manage fleet fueling program, including setting up exception reporting to review non-standard fuel purchase
Administer Good to Go Tolling Program
Manage State Fleet codes; work with the DOT departments in Washington and Oregon to ensure all Washington and Oregon fleet vehicles are on state fleet codes.
Manage Fleet Driver contract files
Run DMV checks on new employees and all drivers annually
Manage all aspects of fleet vehicle accidents, including the coordinator of accident reporting, insurance contracts and body shop repairs
Manage the vehicle accident drug testing program and loaner vehicle program
Manage fleet vehicle records
Manage the corporate telematics program for all fleet vehicles; ensure all fleet vehicles have tracking devices installed and maintaining 3rd party telematics vendor website
What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry
Minimum of two years fleet or fleet related experience. Two (2) years' administrative experience in business environment required.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio required.
Demonstrated organizational skills and strong attention to detail required.
B.A./B.S. or equivalent work experience preferred.
Working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.

The pay range for this position is $61,470 - $101,700 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
