Description
STV is seeking a Digital Advisory Lead Consultant for our Advisory division. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in advising clients, both internally and externally, on digital transformation strategies within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. This position requires a versatile professional who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, leveraging technology and data-driven solutions to optimize processes and deliver valuable insights to our clients.
Responsibilities:
As a Digital Advisory Lead at STV, you will:
Assess client situations and needs, offering recommendations for process enhancement and optimization.
Lead the development of processes and oversee downstream contract administration, including Request for Information (RFI's), submittals, change management, contract closeout, documentation, and claims mitigation in collaboration with the Program Management team.
Strategize, create, implement, and maintain design technology standards and workflows.
Provide advice to clients on digital transformation strategies and best practices.
Lead and manage technology processes and integrations on various projects.
Actively evaluate, adopt, and implement new software and digital methodologies for projects.
Operate within an Agile framework, effectively managing project schedules and budgets.
Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate insights to clients.
Lead client-facing discussions, rapidly grasping project context, and articulating data-driven solutions.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
Utilize a comprehensive technology stack, including Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Report Builder, Azure Data Studio, SQL, Microsoft Project, and Azure DevOps, to track, collect, validate, analyze, and report on data.
Engage in a diverse range of projects, encompassing data analysis, project management, consulting, custom application development, and facilities asset management.
Effectively manage and delegate tasks to digital advisory specialists and analysts on projects.
Support in program management, including delivery strategy, engagement, business case development, governance establishment, and stakeholder management.
Required Experience:
Degree and experience in a related field.
6+ years of related experience.
Experiences in creating and managing program standards and workflows.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong multi-tasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Data visualization experience utilizing Power BI or similar.
Developing management approaches for clients, to suit specific governance requirements, efficient and appropriately scaled, making appropriate use of digital tools.
Strong knowledge of digital technologies and trends.
Exposure to strategic delivery approaches for clients through an understanding of their business drivers, risks, and opportunities, resulting in significant improvements to their businesses.
Ability to adapt and exercise flexibility in the ever-changing world of technology, design, means and methods.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with agile project or product management methodologies.
Experience with business development and proposal writing.
Experience with digital twin applications.
Experience in facilities asset management.
Experience in program management.
Experience with AEC technologies such as BIM, ACC, Kahua, Autodesk, Bentley, common data environments, and project information management systems is a plus.

Compensation Range:
$92,630.00 - $123,507.00
