West Sound Workforce is assisting a nonprofit community-based transportation service in seeking customer service representatives for their Bremerton call center. As a model for high-quality, coordinated services across nine counties, this organization is committed to meeting the needs of the communities they serve.
Reporting to the call center supervisor, this role focuses on providing exceptional customer service by fielding inbound calls to schedule, modify, or cancel transportation services. A friendly and upbeat phone presence, strong listening skills, and accurate data entry abilities are essential.

Shift information:
- Part-time, Monday–Friday
- 4-hour shifts scheduled between 8 AM – 5 PM
What you will do as a Customer Service Representative:
- Answer incoming calls with a professional and helpful demeanor
- Assess customer needs and ask clarifying questions
- Accurately enter caller information into the database to schedule services
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers
- Assist with additional tasks as needed
What we are looking for:
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to type at least 45 WPM
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
