Job Responsibilities/Duties
Responsible for carrying out assignments in many different areas covering a wide variety of products and processes, in operating diversified equipment, in performing a sequence of complex operations. Work with a minimum of supervision and take the lead in performing work including troubleshooting, indoctrination of new employees, emergency procedures, and similar items. May direct and train others.
This position is part of the Workforce Substance Abuse/Testing Designated Position (WSAP/TDP) as defined under 10 CFR 707.7 and subject to unannounced random testing.

High School Diploma or equivalent. Qualified Journeyman.

Compensation & Benefits
Starting hourly rate ranges from $27.526 to $45.876, depending on previous experience and education per the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Step increases occur every 6 months until pay reaches top of the scale.
This position is also eligible for weekly certification pay following a progressive scale. Certification pay is based on length of service. Certification pay ranges from $10.00 to $62.50 per week.
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
