The DaVita Enterprise Risk Services (ERS) Department (Internal Audit) is seeking energetic, motivated individuals to join our dynamic, transforming team! The Senior Data Analyst will work on internal audit assurance and advisory projects that address risk across the DaVita enterprise, which includes both domestic and international operations.Focus of work will involve:
Leading projects to build continuous auditing and monitoring tests utilizing SQL and other programming languages and software (R, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) partnering with team members and business partners to understand the processes, data and desired outcomes.
Explore and develop new technology solutions including RPA
Providing support to ERS teams to help ensure departmental goals and objectives are achieved, in alignment with DaVita's Mission and Core Values. Support functions include data gathering and analytics for audits, dashboard development / preparation, audit project consulting on a variety of topics including financial statements, Travel & Entertainment (T&E), fraud and others.
Assisting with the execution of risk assessments, compiling and reporting on metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to facilitate the quantification of risk.
Effectively communicating and collaborating with the ERS teams and business partners to provide value added data analysis.
Essential Duties
The Senior Data Analyst will work as part of a team comprised of highly motivated and experienced individuals with backgrounds in operational, financial and compliance auditing, consulting and other similar experiences.
Partner with IT Architects and the business to understand applications and complex data sets to create data flow maps, dictionaries and other technical documentation to facilitate the identification of data tables and fields on a variety of data sources
Design and build analytics using a blend of various tools and technologies to accomplish stated objectives.
Provide training and "tech support" to Auditors regarding data analysis, Excel, SQL and other applications.
Minimum Qualifications
Must have at least 3 years of experience in a comparable analytics role

Salary/ Wage Range
$68,400.00-$100,400.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
