Envision Yourself as Senior Marketing Coordinator
Sellen's Senior Marketing Coordinator collaborates with the marketing team and our in-house experts to produce qualifications, proposals, presentations and materials for client and project pursuits. Additionally, the Senior Marketing Coordinator produces original written and visual content that articulates Sellen's brand and supports the company's purpose and core values, leads specific marketing campaigns, and provides guidance to junior team members.
As a Senior marketing Coordinator You will:
Collaborate with in-house experts and project leaders, drive project timelines, and coordinate activities in the creation and production of Sellen's responses to qualifications, proposals, presentations, and other materials in pursuit of specific projects. Has the ability to lead and manage smaller pursuits solely while also supporting other team members with more complex pursuits. Produce original written and visual content for use with internal and external audiences. Research, create, develop, and produce content that supports Sellen's strategic plan and goals. Has the ability to lead specific marketing programs, including but not limited to social media, newsletter, events, and award presentations. Thorough research, interviews, and learning; build and maintain a strong working knowledge of Sellen's people, projects, and involvement in our industry and community. Support Sellen's information management and business development efforts through CRM management and other database organization and upkeep. Serve in a customer service capacity to address department and jobsite requests for marketing support.
This individual also creates internal and external communications, develops project- or department-specific collateral, and assists with special events and outreach activities.

The full salary range for this position is $87,000 to $117,000. People new to the role typically start between $87,000 to $102,000, depending on direct professional experience and qualifications. The bonus target for this role is 5% of annual base earnings.
