Our Restaurant staff is responsible for providing superior guest service by providing a series of services to include, food serving, hostessing and seating, order taking, cashier services and bussing/cleaning of tables and dining areas. Responsible for performing additional job duties pertaining to their positions as assigned by the department manager.
Lead Food Server & Food Server:
- Minimum two years high volume fine dining or casual dining food service experience is required
- Must be able to follow specific instructions and have good guest relation skills
- Must have good grooming habits and manners
- Must have excellent alcohol service knowledge
- Previous experience training new staff (preferred for Lead Food Server)
- Must have a valid Washington State food handler's card
Hostess/Cashier:
- Six months restaurant experience is required
- Must be able to make correct change and calculate daily receipts
- Must have good grooming habits and manners with ability to provide excellent guest service
- Must have valid Washington State food handler’s card
Deli Attendant:
- Minimum one year counter experience is required
- Previous food handling is required
- Must be able to handle cash and credit card transactions
- Must have valid Washington State food handler’s card
Busser:
- Previous restaurant experience (preferred)
- Ability to follow specific instructions
- Must have good grooming habits and manners with ability to provide excellent guest service skills
- Must have a valid Washington State food handler's card
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours
- Mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
- The ability to carry up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Upon offer must obtain a Class IIIB Gaming License ($155-200)
- Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard, and holidays
