Interact daily with Commercial customer base and internal teams.
One on One relationship with Complex assigned account customer base.
Enter Complex Commercial Project data in multiple systems.
Effective use of time to research, troubleshoot and resolve customer requests in a timely manner.
Perform other duties including internal request, projects outside of daily work or reporting as assigned.
Meet or exceed department performance metrics
Candidate must possess the ability to learn quickly, maintain multiple processes by service area in multiple system applications.
Candidate must be flexible and adapt to new methods and procedures with positivity.
Strong communication skills for professional communication with internal/external customer.
Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced changing environment.
Skilled at handling multiple assignments in a timely manner and meeting intervals.
Must have experience with Office
6-8 years' experience in a customer service related field preferred
System knowledge of the following preferred: Netcracker, Salesforce, PRISM, Peoplesoft, Microsoft Office, Switch.
