Throughout the season we have regularly scheduled activities andday trips with transportation provided for associates, including trips tonearby adventures or cities like Seattle to visit Pike Place or catch aMariners game! Employees with vehicles are only a short 2-hour trip away fromexploring many destinations like Portland and Seattle on their own.
Because of our unique location, room and board are provided to associates whodo not live in one of our surrounding communities at a very low-cost viapayroll deduction. Laundry facilities are provided at each dorm unit at no costto employees. Employee meals are served in Employee Dining Rooms. We can also accommodate a limited number of RV units. All RV's must befully self-contained - no camper shells/vans, etc.

Dining Room Manager - Paradise Inn - Seasonal - $27.55
JOB SUMMARY Responsible for allaspects of Dining Room operations and floor management of busy 200 seat threemeals per day restaurant. Manage food,beverage, equipment, and property to fulfill financial goals and companyincentives. Control and manage allaspects of the restaurant operation to maintain a consistently high standard ofguest service, cleanliness, product presentation, and cost control. Supervise Assistant Dining Room Managers,Servers, Bussers, Hosts, and Bartender to ensure tasks are completed in afriendly, safe and efficient manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Monitor, problem solve, and direct workers to ensure efficient and safe completion of all retail tasks daily Train, on-board, and schedule staff Communicate regularly and professionally with numerous people including Food & Beverage Manager, Chefs and Cooks to ensure safe, professional, and efficient food service Attend and participate in management and safety meetings Under guidance of Food & Beverage Manager, participate in and give working direction for pre and post season setup / teardown Dining Room Manage staff appropriately to enforce standards and minimize personnel conflicts Maintain department records such as schedules, payroll, deposits, tips, and daily cash reports Performs such other related duties as directed or required
SKILL AND KNOWLEDGEREQUIREMENTS INCLUDE High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred National Park experience strongly preferred; full-service restaurant management experience required. Food Safety certification; strong sanitation skills; alcohol service TIPS or MAST certification Basic computer knowledge & ability including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and food service POS systems
