SITE SUPERVISOR

About the position:
Site Supervisor directs and supervises the daily operations of assigned Centers. Collaborates with Content Managers and Coordinators, Administration, Center Leads, and Operations to ensure compliance with performance standards, staff development, meeting/exceeding outcomes, health and safety of facilities, policies and procedures, and other local, state and federal regulations; and maintains quality environments with attention to health and safety prevention measures. Functions as liaison and information conduit between central office leadership and Center staff.

Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma and 2 years of relevant supervisory experience
- Proficient computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office, email
OR A combination of relevant education and experience.
The position is full time with 40 hours per week for 52 hours per week, with a starting salary of $22.71 per hour. If you do not have the required experience we will hire at a provision rate of $19.00 per hour while we train you!
