Elastic is seeking an experienced Web Program Manager to help drive the technical strategy and delivery of a world-class web experience for our customers. This position will focus on helping prioritize requests, content, and improvements across multiple business groups, helping them to navigate the website's content management system, and ultimately help build an amazing website experience.
What you'll be doing...
Partner with internal stakeholders across Product Management, Product Marketing, and Website Engineering to improve intake, prioritization, and delivery processes of both technical and non-technical initiatives.
Drive and own standardized metrics reporting for key website areas, helping to measure impact and effectiveness of how customers are engaging with our website.
Identify operational improvements across the Website, Design, and Localization functional areas.
Own program strategy and onboarding for the website content management system, helping to increase self-service adoption and continuous use.
Provide strong leadership, great judgment, and clear communication to both partners and leadership.
Own and drive the timelines for website initiatives, including scoping, creating timelines, and communicating roadmaps and blockers.
Provide guidance and education to non-technical collaborators on how to create high-quality, SEO, and accessibility- friendly web pages and content.
What you bring...
Previous experience with Content Management Systems and building or managing a large scale customer-facing marketing website
3-5 years as a technical program manager, technical project manager, or related field
Prior experience working in Product or Marketing Organizations
Demonstrated experience with Agile software development such as Scrum or Kanban
Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding customer needs and delivering an effective and engaging web experiences
Demonstrated track record of delivering process improvements
Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior leaders, across functions, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

The typical starting Total Cash Compensation range for new hires in this role is between $128,100 and $176,200, which consists of a Base Salary or a Base Salary plus a Target Commission, depending on the specific role. The Base Salary offered may vary depending on factors including skills and experience.
Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's equity plan as well as a range of health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within a holistic total rewards offering.
