Early Learning Coach
OCCDA provides early childhood education and comprehensive, prevention-based services for children ages 0-5, pregnant women, and their families. OCCDA provides both classroom and home visiting services from ten locations. By joining our agency, you will become part of our 50+ year legacy of providing services to children and families. About the position:
The Early Learning Coach will create collaborative partnerships and use research-based strategies to support adult learning and professional development for HS/ECEAP or EHS service providers in order to improve or refine practices associated with positive outcomes for children.

Required Education and Experience:
BA (or advanced degree) in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Experience as an early learning coach, consultant, mentor, or trainer.
The position is 38 hours per week for 52 weeks per year with a starting salary of $22.71 per hour. If you do not have the required experience we hire at a provisional rate of $19.00 per hour while we train you!
