Business Development Associate
The primary role of the Business Development Associate (“BDA”) is to assist in revenue growth within for Allstream. Our Business Products include various cloud-based solutions “As a Service” including but not limited to Unified Communications, IT management and Collaboration provided from our cloud. We expect our growth to be driven from our current customer base and strategic business verticals. The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with several people each day. We’re looking for an upbeat, motivated individual who gets inspired by goal orientated accomplishments.
Responsibilities include interviewing our existing base of customers to better understand their current state of UC and/or PBX applications. All information gathered will be documented within Salesforce and used in nurturing campaigns. The BDA will also work on designated campaigns that will focus on new customers. When contacting prospective customers, the BDA will be documenting their current UC applications and offering technology reviews.
