PAY: $16.00 to $18.00 (Depending on experience)

Northwest Cascade, Inc., started out as Cascade Septic Service and was founded in 1967 to install septic systems, side sewers and other underground utilities in Pierce County. These services expanded into numerous other related products and services through the years.

In 1982, the company entered the portable toilet business with the purchase of Redford Honey Buckets. At that time, we had 600 units. Today we own over 30,000 toilets and restroom trailers in four states. That same year we also added the services of septic tank cleaning, plumbing, and drain cleaning for residential and commercial customers in Pierce County. Today, that division is called "FloHawks" and serves customers throughout the Puget Sound area.

Northwest Cascade's three divisions Construction, Honey Bucket, and FloHawks, have all grown and expanded their capabilities and range of services in recent years.

Day in the Life:

Northwest Cascade has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Rep. This individual must be upbeat with clear communication and time management skills. The individual must be able to multitask and work at a fast pace environment. Our goal is to leave each customer feeling 100% satisfied on the first call and that they were our most important call of the day.

Duties:

• Work with inbound and/or outbound phone calls, email and other forms of communication to address the needs of our customers.
• Accurately and efficiently, input orders and appointments into multiple different computer programs, documenting inquiries for outside sales.
• Problem solving independently and as a team.
• Handle escalated phone calls in a timely manner to minimize customer irritation; provide summary to managers.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• General office duties including filing, faxing, creating Word and Excel documents.
• Flexibility in performing all other duties needed on an AD-Hoc basis

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and work at a fast paced, and must be passionate about taking care of each customer, figuring out what they need and convincing them that NW Cascade, Honey Bucket and FloHawks are the best choice. Our goal is to leave each customer feeling they are 100% satisfied.

• MUST BE DEPENDABLE AND HAVE EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE
• 3-5+ years Customer service and/or general office administrative experience preferred.
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to quickly learn program and product knowledge, work on a PC and navigate a Windows environment.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test
