The Recruiting/HR Assistant is responsible for working closely with management to attract and retain top talent for the organization’s corporate positions and will provide administrative support to the HR department. Position responsibilities include attracting candidates, managing the Applicant Tracking System, onboarding all new hires, employee relations, records management and other HR projects as assigned.
