The Client Care Representative – Contact Center is responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service and to communicate clearly and tactfully in accordance with Heritage Bank’s Mission, Vision, and Values, and is responsible for processing a variety of customer requests according to existing procedures and systems. This position maintains a thorough knowledge of products and services, can effectively utilize relationship building skills, resolve problems, and achieve both service and operational excellence to provide an exceptional customer experience.We are looking for people who want more than just a job – who want to make a difference in the communities where we live and work. Client Care Representatives in our Contact Center are a driving force of the bank to many of our customers and non-customers alike.
