Help Desk Cavalry
Help Desk Cavalry is an IT Department for a hundred different local companies, referred to as a Managed Services Provider. While many technicians are able to learn and master one network, our technicians must standardize and document all of our clients to ensure that any of our technicians can assist any of our clients.
The Service Technician Tier-II is responsible for managing and maintaining our end client’s networks. Ensuring client satisfaction and quieting their networks are essential in this position. Applicant must have the aptitude to build a computer network for new clients or refresh a network for existing clients with minimal assistance from senior resources.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Service Technician position is a key contributor in the success of managing our client’s networks. This is achieved by quickly resolving incidents that our clients open tickets for and by constantly monitoring the alerts generated by our tools to resolve incidents before our clients are aware.
