SummaryThe Project Manager will be responsible for performing Property Condition Assessments (PCA), technical reviews and other related services to due diligence of commercial real estate.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Education and ExperienceBachelors degree in Architecture and/or Engineering preferred with a minimum of 3 years of experience conducting Property Condition Assessments (PCA) and writing technical reports.
Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl. The employee must also occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Physical demands must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
