Volt's Client, Corporate Translation Services INC. is a rapidly growing Language Translation Interpretation Company located in Vancouver, WA. The CSR answers customer calls, coordinates job requests, and provides telephone support services to clients. This is a fast-paced call center, where the average CSR takes 200 inbound calls per day. The Customer Service Representative will connect clients to interpreters that speak over 240 different languages. This Company operates 24/7. Work shifts will be eight hours in length. Full-time 40 hours per week.

Customer Service Qualifications:
High School Diploma or its equivalent General Education Diploma is required
