Tier One Property Services dba Aztec is seeking General Cleaners to perform janitorial services for buildings at a client site.
Cleaners are responsible for maintaining the overall appearance of the facility by performing general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming offices, corridors, and conference rooms. This position also cleans and disinfects restrooms and kitchen areas, empties trash receptacles and removes debris.
Must follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• 18 years of age or older
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Currently holds a valid TWIC card
• MUST Pass background and drug screen/ breath alcohol testing
• Able to lift up to 30lbs
• Reliable transportation
Starting Wage $18.50-$19.00
