Job Description:
Assists Property Managers by:
*Welcoming walk-in visitors and answering phone calls, answering their questions or referring them to the appropriate person.
*Receipting and posting rent payments
*Verifying and collecting information to help process rental applications
*Responding to tenant inquiries, Guest Cards and maintenance requests
*Filing, sorting mail, Supply Management and other duties as assigned
Skills Required:
*friendly and outgoing personality
*2-3 years office related experience preferred
*Highly developed written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate across digital and in-person
*Strong interpersonal skills to support relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and other related tools
*Attention to detail
*Effective time management including prioritization of time sensitive items and ability to meet deadlines
