Job Description

Ellensburg Home Care Services is currently seeking energetic, caring people to join our professional home care provider team. COVID-19 vaccination is not required but is strongly recommended.

A Home Care Provider works independently to implement a prescribed personal care plan that assists local seniors and disabled individuals to live independently, in their own homes.

You must be at least 18 years of age (verification required) with: a valid Washington driver's license, with an acceptable driving record and proof of insurance required. COVID vaccination not required.

• Current Starting Rate of Pay is $16.93 + temporary Hazard Pay of $2.04 with good raises as you accumulate hours of service
• Work hours offer flexibility and variety
• Health insurance is very affordable and available when you work 80 hours or more per month
• Your union has an excellent retirement plan
• Training time is paid
• Mileage reimbursement for use of your personal vehicle for work

This work can be strenuous and will involve a full range of physical activities.

Our professional caregivers must have excellent work habits, honesty, and compassion. You will be working in another person’s home and that requires trustworthiness and integrity. With responsibility comes reward.
